Q: How Much Does the Memorial Outing Cost?
A: The tournament fee is $280 and includes:
• Rounds at Barefoot Dye and Fazio May 23rd and May 24th
• Barbecue cookout on May 23rd at Calli Bakers
• Award Banquet May 24th at Ocean Creek Resort
• Practice rounds and lodging are additional costs.
Q: What is the Tournament Format?
A: Sure! Booking as a single is fine but be advised the room rates are based on double occupancy.
Q: Can I register as a Single Player?
A: Sunday, and Monday are grip and rip days
Tuesday will be the logo ball competition.
Wednesday is the Event and it is ONLY a Captain’s Choice (Scramble). Awards are based on team play for Wednesday ONLY and given to the top three teams on each course.
Q: What if I want to book additional rounds of golf?

Q: Who is the Host Hotel?
A: Ocean Creek Resort is our host hotel, and they are providing exclusive rates. You can call them directly at (843) 272-7724. If you’d like to stay somewhere else, you’re welcome to, but you’re on your own!
Q: What Golf Courses Can I Play During the Outing?
A: Each player will play Barefoot Dye and Barefoot Fazio for the tournament rounds.

A: Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22nd - book tee times at your leisure
Monday, May 23rd - Barefoot Dye 1:00pm shotgun start
Tuesday, May 24th - Event Day, Barefoot Fazio 9:30am shotgun start
Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?
A: For the tournament entry fee of $280, any cancellations received PRIOR TO May 22nd will be refunded the full amount. Any cancellation requests received ON or AFTER May 22nd, no-shows will not receive a refund of any amount. You will need to speak with Ocean Creek Resort for their specific cancellation policy when you book your rooms.
